Thanks for reporting this issue. In order to fix the issue, we must first
reproduce the issue in our labs. We are unable to reproduce the issue
with the steps you provided.

Repeat and rinse a few times.

I've got a project that has hitherto build just fine. I copy the whole
thing to a machine that has a new install of VS 2010, and I get that issue,
only for Platform = 'BPC'.

To tell you the truth, as arcane as GNU autotools can be, I've had far less
trouble with it and the M4 macro language than I've had with Visual Studio
and MSBuild and its broken dependency handling and tendency to produce
mysterious diagnostics.

I have always noticed that whenever a radical takes to Imperialism,
he catches it in a very acute form.

It's called his incompetence. It's called the incompetence of the IT
department he works in. I have worked in MS shops where the MSBuild ran
as smooth as a baby's bottom. One shoe this clown uses doesn't fit all.
