Outlook 2003 (german) Duplicate Draft Mail with Shortcut STRG + F doesn't work with Word as Email Editor.

Hello Group. My Question:
Is there a possibility to duplicate an existing draft Mail in the
Drafts Folder with the use of the mouse or per shortcut? I tried
around with shortcuts to various icons to make a new mail, but i dont
get a copy :-(.
Many thanks,
best regards

Ctrl+C, V should copy it or you can hit forward to send a copy (it
shouldn't add FW to the subject) and keep the draft to use again.
