DataViz Inc., the maker of Documents To Go for iOS, announces Passwords
Plus for iOS, an update to its popular desktop password management
application. Passwords Plus offers secure, easy to use password storage
on iPhones, iPads, iPods and Windows computers. It keeps private data
secure using 256-bit AES encryption while synchronizing with a secure
cloud server to provide users access to their info across multiple
devices.
Secure
Passwords Plus locks this private data with a master password chosen by
the user, using 256-bit encryption – the same level of encryption used
by the government for Top Secret level documents. This master password
is not stored anywhere, making the data completely secure. Features such
as “autolock” and “self-destruct” provide further protection in the case
of a stolen or lost phone.
“Auto” Sync
The secure cloud storage offers an easy way to back up crucial
information as well as a way to keep all devices “in sync” at all times.
Changes made to Passwords Plus data on either the iPhone, iPad or
Windows computer will automatically synchronize via the cloud, so that
all devices always contain the same information at all times.
“Passwords Plus is one of the simplest yet fully functional apps of its
kind. The strong encryption coupled with intelligent security features
ensures the data is kept safe. Including the secure cloud
synchronization and Windows version in the price of the iOS app makes
this the best value in its category,” says Bonnie Boyle, Product Manager
at DataViz, Inc.
Pricing & Availability
Passwords Plus is currently selling in the App Store for a special
introductory price of $1.99. This price includes everything – the iOS
app, a free Windows desktop app and the backup and synchronization via
the secure cloud storage. It is available immediately for sale in the
Apple App Store or through iTunes.
