The story seems to move in the same direction of what we already saw a few years ago, with this appearing to be the same for the gameplay. In fact, a few innovations have been integrated into this second release, starting with the possibility of playing Jep. You will regularly need to take on the role of the monkey, especially at the beginning, to be able to perform certain moves, while at other times you will have to use Mina, with finally some aspects requiring you to control both.

The available movements are completely different, in particular is the inventory. Things in some ways haven’t changed, as you will still be able to collect any and everything you want without any problems carrying them. This was one of the surprising aspects that were kept, with it also being possible for Jep to horde any objects you want in his fur, no matter how large they are. The use of this inventory is still rather good though, as you can use objects multiple times.

In the same way, when you try and associate objects then the small equals sign will appear so that you can see which objects can be combined with each other. This tip is rather handy as sometimes you will find yourself in front of difficult problems which require combined objects to then be combined with other objects. You can therefore spend quite a while trying to associate one with the other, with it being rather amusing trying to use these creations with the surroundings to try and get some hints about what is required.
