release-notes: installing

Hi there,

In en/installing.dbk,

"Due to the lack of translation updates three languages were dropped in this "
"release: Wolof and Welsh."

It says "three" language but there are only Wolof and Welsh.
So, it should be updated to "two" or add one more language for that.

# type: Content of: <chapter><section><section><variablelist><varlistentry><listitem><para>
#: en/installing.dbk:200
msgid ""
"The installation system provides better support for installing both "
"&releasename; as well as &oldreleasename; and older releases (through the "
"use of archive.debian.org). In addition, it will also check that the "
"selected mirror is consistent and holds the selected release."

maybe both &oldreleasename; as well as &releasename; and...

# should I post it to BTS?

The current wording is correct; it's "both (&releasename;) as well as
(&oldreleasename; and older releases)".
