Revector appoints Osvaldo Torres as VP Latin America

Leading UK specialist in detecting and eliminating mobile network operator fraud, Revector, has appointed Osvaldo Torres to lead growth in Latin America.

Torres has more than 20 years’ experience in telecommunications having worked in Latin America with Motorola, Telecom Italia, and Vodafone’s strategic partner, Entel. Torres will head up Revector’s team in the region, providing anti-fraud services to network operators across Latin America.

Having grown its international revenues by more than 300% since 2009,Revector sees Latin America as a key region for growth in the future and this appointment reflects the company’s determination to continue to extend its levels of customer service on a global basis.

To date Revector has worked with mobile operators in more than 75 countries around the globe helping to reduce and eliminate some of the estimated $58 billion* of fraud and mis-billing on mobile networks. The appointment of Torres further strengthens the executive team in Latin America.
