Upgrade Powerpack with Mandriva Linux One

I am running Mandriva powerpack 2008.1 and I cannot afford to upgrade with 2009.1 powerpack. It came to my mind to download Mandriva Linux One 2009.1 and make an upgrade. I use none of the servers from the powerpack. Is this a good idea? Teilhard ...
