XML and EXCEL 2003 standard edition.

At my work i have Excel 2003 standard, wich don't have the XML functionnality. Is there a way to import XML data to this version of excel ? Thanks.

Excel 2007 Save As

n Excel 2003, when you do a "save as" there is a "tools" button where you can set password for modifying, etc. In Excel 2007, there is no such option. Does anyone know how to do this?
