Series command grayed out

Been using the fill_series command for years. Suddenly, it's grayed ou in Office 2007. Any help? Bob Bronstein

Expand/Collapse grayed out

WLM 2011. Somehow now in Newsgroups each message is listed separately. They used to be collapsed into subject listings. When I click on Views the Expand/collapse option is grayed out. Any ideas?

How prevent header from appearing grayed out?

I want to send my resume as a Word document, and in the print layout view, but the header appears grayed out unless I click on it (then the main body appears grayed out). How do I prevent the header from looking gray to readers?
