Google loses 5 million dollars over a Linux patent
In a lawsuit filed for patent violation related to Linux, Google has been ordered to pay 5 million dollars in damages and interest to Bedrock Computer Technologies.

Extensions starting to arrive for multiplatform version of Google Chrome
The Google Chrome web browser is now available in a beta version for Mac OS X and Linux. While extensions are not yet available for the Mac OS X version, it is also possible to test the created extensions for this 4.0.249.30 on Windows.
