India demands local servers from Google and Skype
After having obtained concessions from Research in Motion providing access to encrypted messages sent by their Blackberry services, the Indian government has demanded that Skype and Google install local servers citing national security concerns.

Motorola: 2.7 million Android Smartphones shipped
