I get this every time i try to fire up office. It seems a fairly common issue but i have tried some of the suggestions via goggle, even double clicked winword.exe but every time it goes through the configuration process, i'm running a fresh install ...

Office Starter 2010 : pre-installed with others for a cheaper price
OEM manufacturers will pay $2 for an Office Starter 2010 license if they pre-install it on new PC’s also with Bing bar, Windows Live Essentials. Otherwise the copy will cost $5.
