I have a Plantronics MX500i headset, which comes with a USB adapter for computer telephony (e.g., Skype) use. The unit did not ship with any software. Plantronics support says none is needed, that it is "Plug 'n' Play" with Windows XP. ...

I'm currently using a inexpensive (cheap) plantronics headset for on-line flying but need to upgrade. What headsets do all of you use and find work well with good quality mic results and good sound in the phones? Thanks.
