XP sends and receives, Vista only receives.

Running OL2007 (12.0.4518.1014) under WinXP Home SP3 and Vista Home Premium SP2. OL versions are *identical*, as are the four mail account setups, but Vista is accumulating emails in the Outbox -- itallicized, but going nowhere. What did I miss?
