Samsung Galaxy Note II: the stylus builds creativity
August 20th, 2012 - 11:30 am ET by C. D.
A few days before the opening of the IFA 2012 show in Berlin, and an Unpacked event scheduled for the occasion, Samsung has called on producer Wim Wenders to create a teaser for their future Galaxy Note II smartphone.
The Samsung Galaxy Note II should be unveiled on the 29th of August during an Unpacked event just before the IFA 2012 show in Berlin, with this only being a dozen days before Apple launches their new iPhone on the 12th of September.
After the success of the Galaxy Note, which has shipped more than 10 million handsets less than a year after its launch and despite (or thanks to) its characteristics, the Galaxy Note II should attract a lot of attention.
Its characteristics and aspects remain the object of speculation, although Samsung is preparing the ground by unveiling a new teaser dedicated to the Unpacked event.
Loyal to their current marketing which focusses on user’s emotions rather than the product itself, the short video shows the director Wim Wenders pushing the future phone’s creative aspects.
It is a good teaser as very little information about the smartphone is provided other than the stylus is present which makes it possible for anyone to become an artist (if they want to), which supports the phone’s slogan "Be Creative".
