When 'saving as' from 2007 outlook to files in hard drive, I get
five format options. I ONLY use 'Microsoft message Format' and it's a bind
having to scroll to this one every time I file. How can i remove unwanted
options or place
Microsoft message Format at the top of the list to make it the default
option?

No, not possible. But when dragging and dropping messages out of Outlook
into an Explorer folder, it will be saves as an msg-file as well.
