ScanSource, Inc. Promotes Tim Ramsey to Vice President, Worldwide Reseller Financial Services

ScanSource, Inc. {NASDAQ: SCSC}, the leading international value-added distributor of specialty technology products, announces the promotion of Timothy Ramsey to Vice President, Worldwide Reseller Financial Services (RFS). Through this promotion, Mr. Ramsey expands his management role to include the oversight of the Company’s financial services offering in all geographies, in addition to US operations, which he has led since 2005 when he joined the Company. The ScanSource RFS team offers enhanced programs, tools and services to help resellers find the financial solutions that best fit their business needs.

In this expanded role, Mr. Ramsey is responsible for planning, implementing and executing the Company’s worldwide RFS strategy, as well as goal setting, receivable analysis and reporting oversight. In addition, Mr. Ramsey will oversee personnel development and process improvement.
