Shortcut set priority?

Can I set run priority, in particular to below
normal, somehow in a shortcut?

The newer Firefox's sometimes steal too many
startup cycles from audio players, causing them to
skip, which is fixed by lowering the priority of
Firefox.

I'd like to do that at startup in the shortcut, if
possible.

(Cygwin lets me do it with a nice -10 [firefox
path name] but that's not from a shortcut.)

You might be able to do it by launching your app with the 'start'
command. Type "start /?" (no quotes) at a Command Prompt to see the
options, which include the various priorities. I haven't tried, but I
assume you can wrap it in a shortcut if you like.

That says it's for Vista, but I assume it's the same for XP.
