Shunra Software and Sogeti Launch Mobile Performance Efficiency Test Solution

Shunra Software and Sogeti jointly announce the launch of the Sogeti Performance Efficiency Test Solution, a mobile application testing service available at the Sogeti Test Labs. This Performance Efficiency Test Solution will enable companies wanting to qualify the network performance of their mobile applications to gain a better understanding of how their mobile app will perform under real-world network conditions and in specific geographic locations, by using Shunra’s state-of-the-art application performance engineering capabilities and Sogeti’s senior mobile application testing expertise.

The test establishes a baseline of application performance across a WiFi network and compares that performance to a typical 3G mobile network connection in the specified geographic location. For each of these networks, a detailed report provides:

• Content download time
• Content upload time
• Customized performance optimization recommendations
