Announced at the Staffing Industry Analysts’ Executive Conference, Signature Consultants (www.sigconsult.com), the nation’s 26^th largest IT staffing firm was recognized as the #1 “Best Staffing Firm to Work For” in the United States. Signature Consultants was previously recognized by the Charlotte Business Journal in 2008, 2009, and 2010 as a “Best Place to Work.” Recognition as the “Best Staffing Firm to Work For” is the first national award for Signature Consultants, which focuses on a relationship-based business model while adhering to their main guiding principle of “do the right thing.” Signature Consultants’ employees were anonymously surveyed by Quantum Workplace, which measures their level of engagement within the company, which accounts for Signature’s first-place ranking.
