Skipping Songs

I get all the way to where you are supposed to right click. I do not have
the
Speaker/Headphones Icon. I can not find "enhancements" anywhere.?

Click Start - Control Panel - Sound
Right click on the Speaker/Headphones icon and choose properties
Click on the "enhancements" tab
Select the "Disable all enhancements" check box
When finished, restart your PC.
