Stop Error 0X0000007B(0XF78EA63C)

I have windows 2000 ,SP4 installed. Now I am tryingto install Windows xp pro
as a 2nd OS in a dual boot. I got the BSOD with the Stop Error 0X0000007B
(0XF78EA63C) how can I fix this.
