Nothing making up the content of the Sites can be copied, reproduced, edited, changed, loaded, transmitted or distributed in any way at all, articles and pictures included, partially or fully, without the written authorization from GNT Media. Any authorization will follow strict guidelines to the content permitted, respecting the intellectual property and all other ownership rights. Copying for private use is authorised for private and non-commercial use on your personal computer.

Exception: the site Generation New Technologies offers a help section (http://us.generation-nt.com/forums.html) with content coming from the Usenet community. This service is offered for free to all internet users looking for easy access to this content. Members of GNT are also able to participate by posing questions or by helping the user community by answering any questions asked. The intellectual property therefore only applies to content provided by our members (questions and answers), but not those exclusively seen on Usenet.

The following words must appear on all authorized copies of full or partial content used from the Site: "COPYRIGHT GNT MEDIA ALL RIGHTS RESERVED ". All authorized use of elements featured on the site must contain this information, without alteration or changes of any kind.

GNT Media reserves the right to take legal action against all copyright infringements to protect their intellectual property.

Links to other sites

GNT Media can not be held responsible for links from any third party sites, or access gained through these sites. There is no way that GNT Media controls these third party sites, with their operation being completely independent of our control. Moreover, in no way does the existence of links between a third party site and our site indicate that GNT Media approves the content or created connection, or from any use that can occur due to these links.

In addition, we invite users to take any precautions necessary to avoid contamination from these sites by threats, notably "viruses", "Trojan horses" or any other "parasite".

External sites may contain hyperlinks which point towards the Sites. Such a link may not be installed without the written agreement of GNT Media. In any event, GNT Media is in no way responsible for these sites being unavailable and GNT Media will not bee looking for reasons as to their unavailability, nor approve or be responsible for these sites content, advertising or other elements available on or via these sites.

Product comments & Shops

All comments submitted by visitors will be reviewed by the Sites teams who will be the only judge as to whether the messages content is acceptable or not, with no rebuttal to be provided, and the decision being final. The validation of a comment is not definitive, with it being possible to pull any comment that has already been validated on the Sites, with our decision being final.

Price

Generally the processes indicated on our site are not contractual, with the information being provided for information purposes. The prises are always expressed with tax included except where noted otherwise. As for the prices noted in online shops, these are provided by the retailers with the Sites acting purely as a window. For prices noted in physical shops, these are provided by either the visitors or the retailers themselves, and we can not verify that the content is correct, therefore taking no responsibility in the event of error. Only the prices displayed by the retailers themselves should be accepted as given. For retailers who update their prices themselves, our site operators don’t always have time to verify price changes on a daily basis, with pricing differences often being witnessed, with it also being possible that an advertised product is no longer available. The presence of a price on the sites should in no way imply that the product is currently available through retailers. All responsibility for verifying the price and the product availability rests with the client and we recommend that readers verify with retailers that the product is available for the displayed price either through a phone call or by verifying their web site.

Product information

Only information indicated on specific retailers or manufacturers sites should be accepted as given, with all sales conditions provided by these sites being contractual. We will not be held responsible in the event of error in relation to the technical characteristics of a product provided.

Nominative and other Information

GNT Media will not divulge provided personal information to third parties which you may have provided through electronic mail. Any information provided will be used with the aim of answering any questions as efficiently as possible.
Concerning the "Freedom of information" law from the 6th of January 1978, you have the right to access, to change, retract or remove any personal information related to you.

Information provided by the user can be legally saved according to the CNIL (Visa n°854014).

The Sites should not be receiving information of a confidential nature from you. Consequently, and with the exception of personal information noted above, all information, in any form – document, data, picture, question, suggestion, remark, or other – that you communicate to the Sites will in no way be classified as confidential. Taking this into account, simply sending information will transfer the rights of use, to reproduce, change or send this information to the sites so that you request can be treated.

Limitation of responsibility

GNT Media will assure as best as possible that all information provided and displayed on the Sites will be correct, while reserving the right to correct, at any time and without warning, the content. GNT Media can also not guarantee the exact message, precisions, or updates will be displayed for information provided on the Sites.

Visitors and retailers remain the owners of information provided to us. GNT Media accepts no responsibility for false information provided by a retailer or use. GNT Media reserves the right to pursue the retailer or user for false declarations which port prejudice. The retailer and user therefore accept legal responsibility for any information provided, as well as any potential legal consequences in the event of litigation.

In consequence, and with the exception of direct damages which result from indirect or intentional action against GNT Media, we will not accept responsibility for: - any imprecision, misleading information or omission of information on the Sites; - for all damages resulting from fraudulent activity conducted by third parties, which may have lead to information being changes or elements updated on the Site; - and more generally, for all damages, direct or indirect, no matter the causes, origins, nature or consequences, with GNT Media having advised that the possibility of such damages provoked (i) access by anyone to the Site or the impossibility to access (ii) the use of the Site, including all deteriorations of viruses which could infect your computing equipment or anything else and/or (iii) credit provided to any information coming directly or indirectly from the Site.

Web site availability

Forum

GNT Media provides users with a private discussion space for free (referred to hereafter as “Forum”).
Information contained on this Forum are surveyed and moderated by the Sites team. When information which contravenes the law or Sites ethics are broken (racist views, abusive advertising, defamatory comments, piracy...) the moderators have the right to delete the message and sanction the user.

Legal jurisdiction

The site and its content are edited under French law, with any eventual legal action to be carried out through French courts.
