Fight Night Round 4

It has taken three long years for Electronic Arts to provide us with a follow up to the magnificent and adored Fight Night Round 3. While the surprise doesn’t come from the fact that the name has simply changed from a 3 to 4, we were happy to see a few interesting elements added by the developers which should please players the world over. More then just a touch up, the game play has been practically remade entirely.

Boxing is a noble art which fans will delight in reminding us. This is a magnificent sport which is also rather tragic. Like a good film, you never know what end the fight will take, even if in the past some small arrangements between friends used to be seen. While this is less the case today, we can’t really say that things are at the level they once were, especially in France. In Europe, the best fighters are English, German or from the old Soviet Block.

Around the world, the Americans seem to have a never ending list of different federations. Not a lot of world champions come from France, but this doesn’t stop lovers of the sport from watching the beautiful fights, even if in France it is difficult to see these broadcasts on television. This is part of the charm of Fight Night Round 4, as you will be able to see boxing live on the big screen...
