The Mio C320T PND fits in perfectly to the middle of the range segment. The presence of its 4.3” tactile screen which is well coloured and lit is a great plus which allows it to display a lot of relevant information.
The device is reactive and the map display is well laid out and not over crowded. The additional information on the right hand side is configurable, which allows you to display elements that are relevant to your needs.
It also has a good database of points of interest and automatic radars which offer you the possibility of using it as a simple guide on a journey. And for those that love their music, it is even possible to use it as a music player.
As for the things that really marked us with the Mio C320T, we can cite the absence of Bluetooth connectivity, which is available on its bigger brother the C520, which also has an FM transmitter so that you can listen to the vocal instructions through your cars speakers. The integrated speakers are still practical though, despite the sound being saturated when turned up loud.
We also appreciate the compact and ergonomic aspect of the fixation system. In conclusion, the Mio C320T PND has found its place amongst the masses of middle of the range PND’s on offer, making it an interesting compromise between price and functions.
Easy to access, it is also effective for anyone taking their first steps into the world of GPS systems, or even for those that have more intense uses, although it isn’t at the same level as the top of the line offerings. Another good point is its packaging: well presented, even if it is lacking a protection case in its list of provided accessories.
