Console games review
After months of waiting, after a downloadable demo was offered, and a few months before the final release of the highly anticipated game, Sony and Polyphony Digital have finally provided us with their future baby. This will allow us to discover what is on offer through Gran Turosmo 5 Prologue, a kind of pre-release version that has to be purchased, which should indicate a probable and immense future success. And since paying for a game that isn’t finished doesn’t seem to scare the makers, then we can only hope that we have something special for our money.
While the Formula 1 and Moto GP seasons have started, and for French fans, we have been able to follow the fantastic ride offered by Sebastien Loeb, “It” has also finally arrived. Finally… almost. As we will still have to wait a few months before being able to properly discover what it has to offer. Of course we are talking about Gran Turismo 5 and the almost certain success that will accompany it once it is available in all good shops, to the enjoyment of fans that own a PS3.
But here it is, for the impatient among us, the long wait is over as our screens are finally able to show us what we have desired. We will surely have to wait a little more before Sony finally releases the full thing, but at least we can get some fun in advance. A bit like a beta test, the word that is probably best applied in this case, GT5 Prologue has provided us with a view of what we will see in GT5, in this short version.
