Thrustmaster run’n’drive wireless 3 in 1 test

As we now have the habit of seeing, Thrustmaster likes to release products that offer a so many options it can’t be managed by mere mortals. Today, we will be looking at the “Thrustmaster run and drive wireless 3 in 1”. What’s that you say? A joystick, or rather three joysticks. We will of course reveal all in the following test…

Thrustmaster run’n’drive wireless 3 in 1 test

By offering the Run and drive wireless 3 in 1, Thrustmaster has once again shown us they know how to make games controllers. We can also say that the wireless function works satisfactorily as we were able to more 10 meters from the console or PC without any problems being seen. Honestly though, who plays from so far away? What use is the extra range? Create problems for your neighbors console or frying the grandmother’s cat? From a technical point of view there isn’t a lot you can’t complain about this controller even if the right hand buttons are not quite so well integrated.

But another annoying point is that the player will need to have rechargeable batteries as there is no integrated battery. The average price of the controller is 50 dollars, which makes it less expensive then the PS3 controller made by Sony, but the thrustmaster doesn’t integrate the gyroscope function which is a little annoying with some games (for example with Heavenly Sword). We would recommend this for those fortunate owners of both PC’s and PS3 or PS2 which want to have a second controller to play with their friends, or even as their only controller as the options that are on offer are interesting.
