If sending a photo via email is simpler then it sounds as you simply need to attach it to your message, things get more complicated when you want to send multiple photos. This is without forgetting videos that are of a larger size. In such cases, changing the format and compression of these files is often necessary. To prevent wasting time, we are going to look at the simplest way of compressing and sharing your multimedia files in this article with the help of the SWAPPER software.
More precisely, swapper works a little like an email program, with the mail being simply replaced by sharing.Of course, the comparisons don’t end there as it is no longer necessary to resize your photos for example. You can therefore share your “high definition” photos without having to worry about resizing them with the help of a compression program like The Gimp or Paint.NET.
It is nevertheless a shame that the size is limited to 250 MB per file, which will in the end prevent you from sharing certain HD videos.
Simply, it is difficult to fault Swapper as it is before all else a program designed for novices and those that don’t want to spend a lot of time preparing their files for sharing.
Of course nothing is perfect, and Swapper suffers from the lack of support for ICQ which will affect us a lot. This is without forgetting that Swapper is today limited only to Windows platforms. We can only hope that Mac and Linux users will quickly find support for this program which is very nice to use.
