Windows Vista: An Internet under control
Internet Explorer 7
We are not deluded; millions of users are eagerly awaiting the new web browser offered up by Microsoft, Internet Explorer 7. Previous engines from Microsoft have been forsaken more and more to the advantage of alternatives browser like Firefox due to the endless number of safety issues and limited functionality.
First of all, Microsoft seems to have done a good job! So we are going to discover the new features of the seventh version of this software.
To start with, like the rest of the Vista system, IE7 takes advantage of a better graphics system, by offering some pretty cool transparent effects. But more then the graphical interface, we found the new functions the most interesting.
Navigation by tabs
Finally, Microsoft has decided to integrate the navigation by tabs into their system, a feature already in existence with other browsers like Opera and made famous by Firefox for a long time.
Just a reminder, this system allows you to in the middle of a window to create "tabs" corresponding to web pages. At the end you wont have 50 different Internet Explorer windows taking up your taskbar at the bottom on Windows, but one instance with the tabs inside.

Note: It is already possible to use the tabs system in Internet Explorer 6, by using the MSN search bar.
The navigation is similar to that found in Firefox, but I will let you judge the final version as this often depends on personal preferences.
In any case, IE 7 proposes a lot of interesting function, that the competition doesn’t not necessary have. The possibility of opening multiple tabs and having them arranged by thumbnails on a single unique page allows you to quickly view all the pages that are currently open in your browser.

Another small benefit to the user is the "new tab" icon that is always visible on the right behind the last open tab. This allows you to quickly and easily open a new page. For fans of Firefox, no need to worry, the Ctrl+T shortcut works exactly the same in IE giving the same result.
