Tribridge (www.tribridge.com),
a leading U.S.-based IT services and business consulting firm, was named
the 2012 Worldwide Microsoft Dynamics Outstanding Partner of the Year,
becoming the only Microsoft partner to ever garner the award three times
in five years. The award, which is given to the top performer in the
global Microsoft Dynamics partner channel, was presented to Tribridge
during Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) in Toronto.
Tribridge was selected for the award from among thousands of partners
around the world based on growth and the innovative use of Microsoft
technologies to deliver strategic and valuable solutions that meet
diverse customer needs. The recent recognition follows the firm’s
designation as the Worldwide
Microsoft Dynamics Outstanding Partner of the Year for 2008 and 2010.
“Tribridge continues to demonstrate remarkable growth, innovation and
outstanding service to their customers and the greater community,”
said Doug Kennedy, Vice President of Microsoft Dynamics Partners. “To
earn this recognition not only twice – but three times – over the last
five years is a testament to their tireless commitment to advancing the
latest business technology solutions that help organizations succeed in
the marketplace.”
Among Tribridge’s many accomplishments during Microsoft’s 2011 fiscal
year was the March launch of Concerto
PSA, a subscription-based service offering built on the Microsoft
Dynamics platform that aligns Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
with Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) in a single, cloud-based solution. Concerto PSA
represented the latest product offering from Concerto Cloud Services, a
division of Tribridge, which debuted in July 2011. In less than a year,
over 50 customers have deployed their ERP applications in the Concerto
private cloud, including Microsoft Dynamics AX, GP, NAV and SL solutions.
Additional success cited by Microsoft for the award included a
substantial increase in the firm’s year-over-year Microsoft Dynamics
revenue across each of the five Dynamics
ERP and Dynamics
CRM solutions. Tribridge also partnered with Microsoft to procure
the largest ever Dynamics CRM implementation with more than 10,000 users.
“Our team is deeply honored to receive this award again,” said
Tony DiBenedetto, Tribridge Chairman and CEO. “We truly value our
long-standing relationship with Microsoft and are passionate about
delivering the Microsoft-based technologies and services our customers
rely on to grow their businesses. Tribridge was built on a foundation of
innovation and entrepreneurialism, and we look forward to continue
partnering with Microsoft to develop the solutions that embrace the
future possibilities of business technology.”
