Watch file not present - warning message

Hi all,

I uploaded my package to mentors for my mentor to review. The package
page on mentors [1] shows me a warning saying that *A watch file is
not present* but my package does contain a watch file!

Is this a bug in DebExpo?

I didn't see any obvious problem. Could you please file a bug so we
don't forget? I have no time to work on Expo currently, so I may have a
look at some point in the future. Of course I happily accept patches too :)
