WIndows Media Player question

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit. I have what I assume is the most recent version of
Windows Media Player. I just went to try and watch a video clip I have in a
folder on my F drive. I opened Media Player and see all kinds if stuff about
libraires, play lists etc, but I don't see where I can just browse my hard drive
and open any video file I have stored in various places. Can I do so and if so,
how? Where is the frop down that will let me browse my system? Thanks.

They are sort of assuming that you will use Windows Explorer to do the
browsing and them just double click on the video file or right click
and open it that way. Its their way of getting away from menus.
