WMP11 finalizes CD audio disk early and Nero

I have been using WMP 11 and it was working fine however it doesnt finalize
the audio cds. I dont have the problem of it skipping files it burns all
files then at the end it says its finalizing but yet the cd doesnt play on my
car cd player but will play on my pc and dvd player. I am using cd-r discs
which is the suggested disc. i ahve tried converting the media from wma to
mp3 and that had no affect. I am fairly sure that its a finalizing issue as
the cd will go straight to the last track when played on my car cd player,
the only way i can listen to it is to rewind the whole cd then play it
through without hitting next track or previous track. Whenever i hit next
track or previous track the cd will not play anymore and just do nothing
really. How can i fix the finalizing/close disc issue?? I never had this
issue when i had any other version of WMP just WMP 11.

First the Nero plugin is only compatible with WMP 9, so I recommend that
you uninstall it since it only takes up space on your system now.

On the finalizing CDs early, are you sure that the content is complete and
plays correctly?

Also it's possible that your cd media may have problems, you didn't say
what brand you're using.

Do you have another computer you can try burning that content on using
your current blank CD media?
