WMP11 jpeg usage rights

Why has windows media player assigned Digital Media Rights Licence's for
Photos (jpeg's) imported from my digital camera.
The installation of Vista that came with my PC has been re-installed by a
technician, presumably with the original Vista disc I had supplied him with.
Now when I try to view any of the media files I had used in Windows Media
Player 11 or Windows Media Centre I'm receiving an error message saying my
Licences are invalid or corrupt. These licences are not in any Digital Rights
Management folders. My main concern is that the only backups of my Photos
(Taken from my digital camera) are unable to be viewed because I dont have a
licence to view photo's of my family, friends, holidays and toys. What can I
do to get these Usage Rights removed to that I can keep my personal files?

It hasn't, and you're misreading that error.

Something else is going on here.

Speaking for myself only.
See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
