WMRM 10.1 SDK is free or not?

Dear All,

I have a question. Could anyone tell me if the WMRM 10.1 SDK is free or
not? I try to license it and Microsoft want me to get a VeriSign certificate
first, and Microsoft does not tell me if it is free.

Hi Ricky.
WMRM 10.1 SDK is free.
but microsoft need a third party certificate to authenticate you before
finalizing the contract.

and effectively that kind of certificate is not free when you request
it at globalsign ou verisign.

but i think you should use it after for anther thing during one year.

Can you be more eloborate? I juse want to list all the hurdles in
getting the WMRM SDK.
